Do not settle for the futile things of earthly life; they fly away like sand in a breath of wind. You have already experienced this: you have rushed about, spent your resources, and done everything only to find yourselves in a moment of extreme loneliness and discontent, because all that you have acquired has not nourished your hearts and minds.
Only God nourishes your hearts and minds; He is pure nourishment, divine nectar!
Come on, children, do not be afraid; seek God, seek your soul, and listen to it. This is what you must do, and pray for everything that happens on this earth and for all your brothers and sisters who are suffering.
